Sitting in my pre-engineering classroom, I (Gurleen) looked around to see only 16 girls contrasting with 120+ guys. This severe gender disparity in this modern day progressive world made me question how something so deep could be changed. After contacting multiple Women in STEM to act as mentors and distinguished pioneers of the Modern World, we are set to increase the required representation and enrollment of women in STEM subjects.
